What information do we collect?

When you send a quote request, we collect the ZIP code, dates, unit type, quantity, guest or crew size and phone number you enter. When you call, our phone system records the number and call time. We do not collect payment details through the website.

How is form data handled?

Quote forms are sent through Web3Forms, a form-delivery service, which forwards your entries to our business email. We use the details only to quote, schedule and service your rental and to contact you about it. We do not sell or rent your information.

Do you use cookies or analytics?

The site may use basic analytics to count visits and tap-to-call clicks so we can improve pages. These tools may set cookies. You can block cookies in your browser and the site will still work.

How long do you keep data?

Quote requests and rental records are kept for up to 3 years for billing and tax purposes, then deleted. Ask us at any time to see or delete your information.
