A restroom trailer rental includes delivery, leveling, water and power hookup, a stall-by-stall test, toilet paper, soap and paper towels, and pickup. Each stall has a flushing toilet, a sink with running water, a mirror, lights and climate control. Multi-day rentals add pumping and restocking visits as needed.
| Trailer | Stalls | Typical size | Guests over 5 hours | Hookups |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 2-stall | 2 private rooms, each with toilet and sink | About 8 ft wide × 12 ft long | About 100 | Garden hose + 20-amp, 120-volt outlet |
| 3-stall | Women's side with 2 toilets, men's side with toilet and urinal | About 8 ft wide × 16 ft long | About 150 | Garden hose + 20-amp, 120-volt outlet |
Sizes are typical for the trailers we run; exact length varies by trailer. Every trailer has flushing toilets, running-water sinks, mirrors, lights, climate control and fold-down steps.
What does a restroom trailer need on site?
A restroom trailer needs a garden-hose connection to a spigot, a dedicated 20-amp 120-volt outlet, and a level spot about 8 by 12 feet for a 2-stall trailer. It also needs a truck path at least 10 feet wide. Without power, a 3,500-watt or larger generator runs the lights, fans and pumps.
Not sure your site works? Send a photo of the spot and the path. We tell you before the trailer rolls, not after. For weddings, see the wedding restroom guide. To compare against portable units, see all unit types.

When is a restroom trailer the wrong choice?
A restroom trailer is the wrong choice when the site has no power and no generator, when the only approach is a soft or muddy field, or when the crowd is over 300 and needs many stalls fast. In those cases, a row of standard or flushing units with hand-washing stations moves people faster.
Many large events mix both: a trailer for the wedding party or VIP tent, and a row of event units for general guests.
Restroom trailer questions
How much does a restroom trailer cost?
A 2-stall restroom trailer typically rents for $1,100 to $1,500 for a weekend near Grand Island. A 3-stall trailer runs about $1,450 to $1,900. Delivery, setup, hookup and pickup are listed on one quote. Multi-week rentals are quoted by the week.
Is a restroom trailer the same as a deluxe porta potty?
A restroom trailer and a deluxe porta potty are different things. A trailer has separate stalls inside a towed unit with running water, climate control and lights, and it needs a hose and power. A deluxe porta potty is a single portable unit with a flush and a sink that needs no hookups.
Can we pick up the trailer and tow it ourselves?
Customer towing is not allowed. Our driver positions the trailer, levels it, connects water and power, and tests every stall. The same driver disconnects and hauls it away after your event.
Do you have trailers for emergency shelters or long projects?
Restroom trailers can stay on site for weeks at shelters, plant shutdowns and long projects. Pumping and restocking are scheduled every few days, depending on the head count. Call for emergency placements, and we will tell you which trailer is free and when it can roll.
What size gate does a restroom trailer need?
A restroom trailer needs a gate or path at least 10 feet wide, with no low branches or wires under about 13 feet. Tight turns are harder than narrow gates, so tell us about corners. A photo of the path helps us plan.
